General Terms & Conditions
1.1 zero seven Gaming Ltd (zero seven Gaming) is a company registered on the 8th of November 2016 under the laws of Malta; Registration number: C 77992; registered address: Charles Court, No. 21, Suite 184, St Luke’s Road, Pietà PTA 1027, Malta. zero seven Gaming Ltd is trading under the name SPORT.Guru (accordingly any reference to zero seven Gaming or SPORT.Guru shall be construed as constituting a reference to zero seven Gaming Ltd).
1.2 zero seven Gaming is operating under Controlled Skill Games License MGA/SGR/C/24/2017 issued on 28. April 2017 and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (http://www.mga.org.mt/). The MGA is a regulatory body.
1.3 This agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions for the contractual relationship between zero seven Gaming and any person registering with zero seven Gaming, known as a Player. Each player is required to accept these Terms and Conditions when registering for an account with zero seven Gaming and is bound by them throughout the existence of the relationship.
1.4 zero seven Gaming reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions including any of the Game and Contest Rules at any time and without prior notice. We will do our utmost to inform our players should there be major modifications to the Terms & Conditions. Nevertheless, it is the players’ responsibility to regularly check for any changes. Should the player, due to any possible changes, not wish to continue using the services of zero seven Gaming anymore, he can withdraw all available funds and close his account.
1.5 The contractual relationship between the registered player and zero seven Gaming is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by the Laws of Malta.
1.6 In the case of any dispute between the English language version of the Terms and Conditions and versions in other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
1.7 It is recommended that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and the Game and Contest Rules for your records and store them in an easily accessible place.
2 Account Rules
2.1 Any player applying for an account must be at least 18 years old or in the case of Estonia not less than 21 years of age.
2.2 Residents of the USA or Turkey cannot register as players with zero seven Gaming.
2.3 The players of zero seven Gaming agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions at all times, and also confirm that they are:
• not acting in the interests of any third party;
• not utilising funds originating from any criminal activity or activities;
• not utilising bank accounts, debit cards, credit card/s they are not authorised to use;
• not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to zero seven Gaming systems or, to alter its code or content in any way;
• not going to take part or organise any criminal actions against zero seven Gaming, its affiliates, and its players.
2.4 In the event of a player not respecting one or more of the rules as mentioned in 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3, zero seven Gaming will close the account and may confiscate the available funds.
2.5 It is the responsibility of the player to verify that when opening an account and conducting business with zero seven Gaming, they are not breaking any laws and are of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction.
2.6 In order to open an account with zero seven Gaming, the prospective customer must correctly fill in the registration form found on the website and read and accept the Terms and Conditions as found on the website SPORT.Guru.
2.7 The player must submit the correct information, inclusive of name, surname, address, email and telephone number during the registration process. The player also agrees to update this information in a timely manner should there be any changes to their personal data provided.
2.8 The player is restricted to opening only one account or having only one active account.
2.9 zero seven Gaming may, at its own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an account or close an existing account.
2.10 All accounts are opened and transacted in the Euro currency.
2.11 zero seven Gaming is not a financial institution and no interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount, held in the player’s account.
2.12 It is the responsibility of the player to keep track of winnings and report them to the proper authorities, if the player resides in a jurisdiction where those winnings are taxable. In Malta tax is not payable on winnings.
2.13 During the registration process the player will be able to choose his login ID and password. This password may be changed by the player at any time.
2.14 The player must keep his login ID and password secret at all times. In this respect, zero seven Gaming advises the player not to write down his login ID and password in a way that can be easily found or used. zero seven Gaming also advises the player not to leave his computer unattended when logged in, so that he can avoid anyone using his account without his consent. zero seven Gaming also advises the player to construct a password with a minimum length of six characters which contains, as a minimum, upper case and lower case alphabetical characters and numbers or other characters (e.g. Asdf12/3).
2.15 If a contest is entered using the login ID and password of a player it will be considered to have been made by that player and therefore to be accepted and valid.
2.16 zero seven Gaming prohibits player collusion and use of devices or programs which distort normal game play (such as Robots).
2.17 zero seven Gaming retains the right to examine and confirm the identity of its players at any time. When deemed necessary, zero seven Gaming will request that documentation proving the player’s identity is forwarded to its offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo ID’s, passports, bank statements, references, utility bill, photocopy of credit card, etc.
2.18 A player account cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
2.19 If an account remains inactive for a period of 30 months or more, zero seven Gaming is obliged to report such accounts to the Malta Gaming Authority, in accordance with the Remote Gaming Regulations. If zero seven Gaming is unable to refund the funds to the player, we may be asked to transfer any outstanding balances to the care of the Authority.
3. Deposits, Transfers and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits can be made into the account by credit card, bank transfer or cheque and telegraphic/wire transfer. The name on the credit card or the bank transfer should be identical to that of the player receiving the funds. If this is not the case, the deposit will be rejected and the funds paid back. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
3.2 When depositing by credit card your credit card account will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction.
3.3 It is also suggested that you print all transaction data and keep it readily accessible for your own records.
3.4 Minimum deposits:
• 10€ on deposits made by credit card, wire transfer or other means.
• 20€ for deposits made by bank transfer
3.5 Any funds deposited must be utilised for entering contests.
3.6 All transactions are checked for possible money laundering activity. Any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the player being reported to the relevant authorities and freezing of the funds and could also lead to the closure of the account and confiscation of the funds.
3.7 The refund policy of zero seven Gaming is to not affect any refunds. However, it remains at management’s discretion to determine whether a refund request for a deposit made should be entertained.
3.8 Bonuses can from time to time be placed into a player’s account as part of a sales promotion/marketing campaign. More details of each bonus scheme will be published on the website as they are introduced. Bonuses can only be withdrawn if the bonus conditions have been met.
3.9 Funds cannot be transferred from the account of one player to the account of another player.
3.10 A player can at any time log in to his account and view a statement of his account which would show all transactions effected on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, contests entered, and withdrawals. Should the player notice any mistakes he should notify zero seven Gaming immediately so that the mistake can be rectified. The player should report such a mistake within 90 days from when the mistake first appeared on the statement available on the website.
3.11 At any time, a player can decide to withdraw part or all of his funds from his account by selecting from the various options made available by zero seven Gaming. Depending on the currency and on the chosen withdrawal option, certain transaction fees may apply. zero seven Gaming will not charge any fees for withdrawals; however, all bank or payment processor fees will be borne by the player. Once all the available funds have been withdrawn, the player has the right to close his zero seven Gaming account if he wishes to do so.

o 30€ Bank Transfer
o 15€ CFT
o 10€ other methods
3.12 zero seven Gaming will do its utmost to process any withdrawal requests within 3-5 working days from receipt of such request.
3.13 Whenever possible withdrawals are always transferred to the same account used to deposit.
3.14 The player acknowledges that zero seven Gaming may only entertain withdrawal requests once it is satisfied about the player’s identity.
3.15 The player hereby also acknowledges that it is a legal requirement for zero seven Gaming to verify the identity of players requesting withdrawals of over €2300.
4 Game and Contest Rules
4.1 A contest can only be entered by a registered player.
4.2 A contest can only be entered over any distance communication device such as a mobile phone or over the Internet.
4.3 A contest can only be entered by a player if he has sufficient funds in his account with zero seven Gaming.
4.4 The contest, once entered, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions and Game and Contest Rules valid at the time of the contest being entered.
4.5 A contest is deemed to have been entered as soon as it is received on zero seven Gaming system and validated and processed. Confirmation is then sent to the device or computer of the player with a unique number and time stamp. This does not imply that the contest entry has been verified but solely confirms that zero seven Gaming acknowledges the intention of the player.
4.6 The player affirms that at the time he entered a contest or contests he had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective events. Contests about games in which the customer has gained access to insider information are not allowed. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule, zero seven Gaming retains the right to void the contest entry and refuse to pay out winnings. It also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with other laws and regulations.
4.7 zero seven Gaming retains the right to decline to accept contest entries on any event without providing any reason.
4.8 The list of all the contest entries, their status and details are available to the player on the website after login.
4.9 Should any game contest be stopped the player will be refunded the whole amount of his contest entry fee.
4.10 Should zero seven Gaming decide to close a player’s account, contest entries which have already been submitted will not be voided and the player will be paid any winnings.
4.11 A contest entry which has been submitted cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by the player.
4.12 A mistake regarding the details of a contest will not influence the validity of the contest. If the event or events on which the contest has been placed is incorrect then this will automatically void the contest.
4.13 When the player enters a contest he acknowledges that he has read and understood in full all of the Terms and Conditions and Game and Contest Rules regarding the contests offered by zero seven Gaming as stated on the website.
4.14 When the player enters a contest he recognises that unless other players enter the same contest he cannot win.
4.15 zero seven Gaming manages the player’s account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the funds entered in contests as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
4.16 The player is fully responsible for the contests entered. zero seven Gaming will never question the player about the relevance of the contest entries they wish to submit and will not be held responsible for the possible mistakes that could have been made during the placing of such entries, including mistakes regarding the placed amounts or odds they quoted or accepted.
4.17 Winnings will be paid into the player’s account after the final result is confirmed. However, zero seven Gaming reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be investigations into the result of an event resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If the irregularity is confirmed then zero seven Gaming retains the right to void any related contests.
4.17 Should zero seven Gaming become aware that a player has entered any contest or contests from different accounts he has irregularly opened, all contest entries will be voided. zero seven Gaming retains the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
4.18 If contest entries, which exceed any stipulated limits, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the entry fees submitted will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the party.
4.19 Communication errors do occasionally happen.
Contest entries are confirmed only when received on our servers in Malta. Should there be a break in communication after you enter a contest and it has been received on our servers it will still be considered to be valid. You will be informed that it has been accepted once communication is re-established at which time the contest may have been completed and/or settled. If the contest entry is not received at our servers then it will not stand and the entry fee will not have been taken from your account with us.
5 Responsible Gaming
5.1 A player may set his own limits on the amount he permits himself to lose and or deposit in a specified period of time. Any limits set by the player can be removed through the My Account page.
5.2 A player may also lock his account for a definite or indefinite period of time should he no longer wish to play.
5.3 Any changes requested by the player to reduce restrictions or remove the blocking of his account will not take place until seven days after the request is received. Requests to increase restrictions on his gambling or to increase blocking periods will have immediate effect.

6.1 zero seven Gaming, SPORT.Guru and its logos are registered trademarks of zero seven Gaming Ltd. Any unauthorised use of the brand and/or the logo of zero seven Gaming or SPORT.Guru could lead to legal prosecution by zero seven Gaming.
6.2 All of the contents found on the website pages of SPORT.Guru as well as its URLs are owned by zero seven Gaming. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of this URL or of the contents of the SPORT.Guru website could lead to legal prosecution.
7.1 zero seven Gaming is only liable for gross negligence or deliberate actions carried out by its management, employees or vicarious agents.
7.2 zero seven Gaming is not responsible for the services, pages or contents of websites to which links may be provided from time to time from zero seven Gaming website.
7.3 zero seven Gaming is not responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, saturation of the telecommunication networks or natural catastrophe; which could lead to a total or partial reduction to the access to its services, on Internet or by phone.
7.4 zero seven Gaming is not to be held responsible for the consequences caused by the breakdown of any device or software, directly managed or outsourced, which could lead to a total or partial reduction to the access of its services, via Internet or by phone.
7.5 In the event of any mistake or negligent act from zero seven Gaming’s part, in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the compensation available to the player would never be any higher than the available funds on the player’s account or the amount of the contest entry fees involved in the mistake or negligent act.
7.6 Should one or more term or condition of this agreement be declared void by a recognised Court of Justice, then the remaining Terms and Conditions would retain their validity.
7.7 These Terms and Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between zero seven Gaming and the player, and replace any previous written or verbal agreement, communicated by zero seven Gaming.
7.8 zero seven Gaming does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage to a player or a third party which arises directly or indirectly from a mistake, misprint, malfunction of software on zero seven Gaming’s website or that of any of its affiliates and/or partners.
8.1 zero seven Gaming has notified the Commissioner for Data Protection that it is processing personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2001 of the Laws of Malta.
8.2 We will only process your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, namely to provide you with an online fantasy sports gaming service.
8.3 zero seven Gaming does not normally share your data with any other third parties; however, at times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest.
8.4 You have a right to access your data and request it to be changed or deleted at no cost to yourself.
8.5 You also have a right to stop receiving marketing information. You may do this by just removing the tick mark in the My Account page when you login.
9.1 zero seven Gaming will endeavour to make a player’s experience with us an enjoyable one. However, there may be occasions where a player may feel dissatisfied with the quality of our product/s or of our customer service. A player may raise a complaint by addressing an email to our Customer Service at [email protected]. Your complaint will be escalated to management and we endeavour to handle it within 48 hours of receipt.
9.2 Should you not be satisfied with the way your complaint was resolved or handled you may escalate directly to the Malta Gaming Authority by sending them an email on [email protected]
9.3 It is important that only complaints of a serious nature are escalated to the Authority.
10 Redemption of SPORT.Guru Bonus and Coupon Codes
10.1 The total bonus amount, whether it is a free bonus (no deposit required) or an extra bonus (increasing the value of a deposit), must be used for the entry of fantasy sports contests on SPORT.Guru at least 3 times before a request for disbursement is submitted.
10.2 The payout requirements must be met within 90 days after the bonus receipt date. If these conditions are not met, SPORT.Guru reserves the right to void the bonus amount and any prize monies resulting thereof.
10.3 Each customer, account, household, payment information provided, shared use computer (university, workplace, Internet café, etc.) and IP address shall be entitled to only one SPORT.Guru bonus offer or coupon code. A combination of different types of coupon codes or bonus offers is not permitted.
10.4 The SPORT.Guru bonus and coupon codes have been designated exclusively for disbursement to recreational gamer accounts and shall only be awarded to such accounts. Professional gamers shall not be eligible for SPORT.Guru bonus payouts. Moreover, gamers may not use the SPORT.Guru bonus in conjunction with other opening promotions. SPORT.Guru’s respective decision is final and non-negotiable.
10.5 The SPORT.Guru bonus shall be credited to your account. However, bonuses shall be available for use for contests only and may neither be transferred nor disbursed until the payout requirements have been met.
10.6 If a contest entry should be refunded due to the cancelation of an event, or if an event is canceled or deemed invalid, the contest entry shall not be considered a fulfillment of the bonus requirements.
10.7 If two or more contest entries on the outcome of the same events are submitted, only the first entry submitted shall be considered with regard to the minimum recoverable revenue.
10.8 Once a contest entry has been submitted on the account, the SPORT.Guru bonus cannot be cancelled.
10.9 Any misappropriation of the bonus is a violation of the bonus terms. SPORT.Guru shall assume a violation of bonus in the following cases:
– Multiple claims for a bonus have been submitted from the same IP or device
– Submitting entries that guarantee an individual or a group a bonus prize regardless of the outcome.
– Suspicion of the organized use of the bonus offer.
10.10 In the event it is suspected that the terms of this offer have been violated, or if customers submit entries that guarantee a prize based on a deposit bonus, free contest, improved prize disbursement or any other promotional offer regardless of the outcome of the contest, SPORT.Guru reserves the right to demand a refund of the SPORT.Guru bonus, the right to correct or cancel the contest entries placed, or refuse disbursements requested and close the accounts.
10.11 The SPORT.Guru bonus offer shall be effective until further notice and may be discontinued at any time.
10.12 SPORT.Guru reserves the right to change the type and duration of the promotion at any time. The offer shall be governed by SPORT.Guru’s Terms of Service.
